The B.N. Duke Scholars are again coordinating Duke SPLASH, an event which is scheduled for Saturday, February 18, 2012.  Duke Splash invovles Duke students teaching fun, innovative classes to Durham  high school students. Back in 2009, Alice Yen, Class of 2012, created the program based on a similar concept at MIT.  Class titles from previous year  include: Build Your Own Website, Condensed Basic Swahili, A History of Women's Health, Neuropharmacology and A Cappella/Beatboxing. This year's co-chairs are Rebekah Johnston & Tolison Humphrey. Check out the Duke SPLASH website for information on how to get involved as an instructor or to assist in the coordination of the event.
